Pattern: Great Afghan from Vannas Color it Beautiful Afghans Yarn Used: Vannas Choice acrylic in Purple and Dusty Purple Hook Used: Crystallites size N Finished Size: About 62 x 62
I have finally made an afghan for myself! And this one worked up super quick, too - about three weeks from start to finish. Two strands of yarn held together + a big hook = quick work. It's a little hard to tell from this picture (I'll post a close-up too) but it's made of a light purple and dark purple held together to create a tweed-y look. It's really beautiful! And ridiculously soft - Vanna White's new yarn is the softest acrylic I have ever used.
Looks good! But I bet your arms are really tired now. ^^ I know my mum has to take breaks in between. Right now she's working on curtains for the kitchen.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
